*The minimum age is 21. Maximum age is 65. An underage fee of 7.50 USD per day will apply for renters 21-24.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must meet the same minimum age and driver’s license requirements as the renter. The additional driver fee is 3.00 per day.
*Additional drivers 21-24 will be charged the underage fee in addition to the additional driver fee.
Driver under the age of 25 may not be
allowed to book vehicles under the Premium Package including Truck, SUV,
Minivan, Van, Convertible, Utility and Luxury Vehicle categories.
- Issued by residents country that meets AutoTriage requirements.
- Must be valid entire rental period.
- Cannot be suspended, expired, revoked, canceled, or surrendered.
- Individuals with learner's permits may not operate AutoTriage’s vehicles.
* A temporary driver's license is acceptable only if it has no restrictions and is valid for the entire period of the rental.
Please note that all DL will be screened prior to
pick up date
At the time of rental, the renter, authorized driver, or additional driver’s license may be subject to screening and may be required to sign a declaration attesting to specific criteria:
- The renter/authorized
driver has a valid license that is not currently suspended, expired, revoked,
canceled,
or surrendered. - The renter/authorized driver has not, within the last 36 months, had 1 or more convictions for reckless driving.
- The renter/authorized driver has not, within the last 48 months, had 1 or more convictions for driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), or driving while alcohol impaired (DWAI).
- The renter/authorized driver has not, within the last 36 months, failed to report an accident or left the scene of an accident.
- The renter/authorized driver has never been in possession of a stolen vehicle or used a vehicle in a crime.
- The renter/authorized
driver has not, within the last 24 months, had 3 or more convictions for
moving violations
(including seat belt violations). - The renter/authorized driver has not, within the last 36 months, had 3 or more accidents.
- No more than 2 moving violations (including seat belt violations) in past 24 months
- No more than 2 accidents in past 36 months
Identification Requirements
Acceptable ID for International Renters:
- Round-trip plane ticket or travel itinerary with return date listed
- Passport (name must match driver's license)
- Government issued ID (name must match driver's license)
Acceptable ID for local Renters:
- A bill from the last 60 days with the same name and address as your driver's license

Damage and/or Loss to the Vehicle
The Renter is liable for all interior and exterior damage, rims, tyres, glass, battery and interior cleaning charges.
Please note that the Renter agrees to pay the full amount towards all repair costs incurred while the vehicle is in the renter’s possession.
This applies regardless of whether you were at fault.
This may include:
- Damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence
- Damage caused by failure to use the correct fuel
- Damage caused as a result of a breach of the rental agreement
- Theft of personal belongings from the vehicle
- Death or injury to the driver

Pick Up and Delivery
Coming in at the Norman Manley International Airport, staying at a hotel or villa in Kingston & St. Andrew or Portmore? We will deliver and pick at a rate of U$40.00 or $5,500.00. Rates will vary for other parishes.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
Not applicable.
Reservation Hold Time
Reservations will be held for 2 hours past scheduled arrival time only.
Cancellation
At Auto Triage, we strive to make your rental experience as smooth and flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your options in the event that you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
1. Free Cancellation (Standard Reservations):
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel your reservation free of charge if you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through your Auto Triage account online or by calling our customer support team at 876 372-1156.
2. Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours of Pickup):
- If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of $7,500 will apply for all vehicle classes.
- No Show: If you fail to cancel and do not show up at the rental location, a no-show fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate will be charged to your account.

- Cancellations that are as a result of any issue with the rented vehicle must be reported within the first hour to avoid charges, for any issue which may develop during the rental period, please see our vehicle issue resolution policy
3. Prepaid Reservations:
- Refundable Prepaid Reservations: If you booked a prepaid reservation, you may cancel up to 72 hours before the pickup time for a full refund. After this period, 100% of the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Non-Refundable Prepaid Reservations: For special discounted rates, prepaid reservations are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will forfeit the full rental amount.
4. Modifications to Your Reservation:
- If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., changing the pickup or drop-off time), we will do our best to accommodate the changes based on vehicle availability. Modifications made within 48 hours of your pickup time may result in additional fees.
5. Cancellation for Special Circumstances:
- Emergency Situations: If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, flight cancellations), please contact us as soon as possible. Documentation (such as a doctor's note or airline cancellation confirmation) may be required to waive cancellation fees.
6. How to Cancel or Modify:
- Online: Log into your Auto Triage account and navigate to your "Reservations" page.
- Phone: Contact our customer service team at 876 372-1156 to cancel or modify your reservation.
- Email: You can also send a cancellation request to our support email at autotriageltd@gmail.com, and our team will process your request promptly.

AutoTriage Rental Services supplies a range of baby/child seats that will ensure you have the correct seat for your child. Child seats are subject to availability. Please reserve before you travel.
All of our baby/child seats can be requested at the time of booking and will be charged at the rates below:

AutoTriage Rental Services makes it easier for you to communicate with relatives and friends. Our mobile travel package includes rental of phone, purchase of SIM Card and Credit for device. Phones are subject to availability. Please reserve before you travel.

Refueling Service
AutoTriage requires a deposit for a full tank is taken at the beginning of the rental. Simply return with a full tank for a refund. Vehicles returned with less than a full tank will be charged at a rate higher than the retail pump price as we include a service fee. Vehicles should be returned with the same level as when collected. No credit or refund will be given for petrol brought back in excess of what was received.
Please note a refueling service charge of $1,000.00 is also
applicable when vehicle is returned with less fuel in the tank
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AutoTriage reserves the right to refuse service to underage or unlicensed drivers, those with poor credit history or individuals otherwise considered liabilities by the rental company.
HEARING-IMPAIRED CLIENTS
Persons that are hearing-impaired will not be allowed to dive our vehicles as our insurers currently do not provide coverage.
SMOKE-FREE VEHICLES
Smoking is not permitted in our rental vehicles. Special cleaning charges may apply for excessive odors and burns.
